Users are entitled to a refund on their paid membership to Urbansocial, only
if a refund claim is made within 7 days (up to and including), from the date
the payment transaction was made online. In these circumstances, a refund will
only be given if the messaging service on the site has not been utilised, i.e. no
messages have been sent or read. If the messaging service has been utilised with
these 7 days, no refund will be given. A £5 (GBP) administration fee is charged
for any refund transaction given. Therefore, for memberships less than or to the
value of £5 (GBP), a refund will not be paid out.
