THANK GOODNESS because we don\u2019t think that we could cope with another week of winter.<\/p>\n<p>So here are just 4 reasons why we LOVE Spring\u2026<\/p>\n<p><b>We are happier! <\/b>The sun is shining, mornings are brighter, the birds are chirping and it\u2019s not dark when we leave work in the evenings &#8211; what is not to love? And you know what looks good? Happiness!<\/p>\n<p><b>Time to shed some clothing. <\/b>OK so the weather isn\u2019t good enough to completely ditch the winter wardrobe but you can relax it a bit which is great because who wants to be enclosed in thick, wooly clothes all the time?<\/p>\n<p><b>It\u2019s much easier to eat well. <\/b>Winter just gets us reaching for the biscuits. Where as in spring we can lighten up our dishes a little and not reach for the story, comfort food that has gotten us through winter.<\/p>\n<p><b>We are more optimistic. <\/b>Let\u2019s be honest, winter can drag you down. Where as the moment spring arrives it gives our whole wellbeing a boost making us enthusiastic, energetic and more active.<\/p>\n<p><b>Why do you love Spring?
