We\u2019ve all been through an awful breakup at some point in our lives and whilst at the time, it may feel as though we\u2019ll never get over it, we do and we move on. But if you want to get back on the dating scene faster then here are 5 tips to help you get over him already.<\/p>\n<p><b>CRY! <\/b>Don\u2019t put on a brave face to hold back the tears, if you want to have a cry then just do it. You\u2019re not going to mend a broken heart by bottling it up. But do give yourself a cut off date, or else you\u2019ll be crying in to your cereal in 10 years time.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cut him off on social media. <\/b>Facebook and twitter are dangerous places when you\u2019re trying to get over someone. Pictures of them enjoying themselves on the weekend or chatting to other\u00a0 women won\u2019t help you move forward. And let\u2019s face it, ex-stalking works both ways. Just go in to settings and block\/unfriend him. It doesn\u2019t have to be forever but its vital whilst you recover.<\/p>\n<p><b>Start something new. <\/b>A new hobby or maybe a new workout routine. Do something that\u2019s just about you and that doesn\u2019t hold memories of boyfriend past.<\/p>\n<p><b>Remember that things will get better. <\/b>You\u2019re amazing. You\u2019re going to find someone whose ten times the man that your ex was and he will soon be a distant memory.
