Australians came in second place with Pakistani men, American Men and English men following behind.<\/p>\n<p>Over half of the women who took the survey said that the Irish accent influenced their choice.<\/p>\n<p><em>Here are five reasons why we think that the Irish are the sexiest\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The accent.<\/strong> We couldn\u2019t leave this out after all, 4,000 women in the survey said it was their best trait. Let\u2019s be frank, the Irish accent is sexy, it\u2019s the golden rule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>They\u2019re passionate<\/strong>. About Guinness, about music, about women &#8211; they are just passionate full stop. And what women doesn\u2019t want (or deserve) a bit of passion in their lives?<\/p>\n<p><strong>They have some seriously good looks.<\/strong> Dark hair, blue eyes &#8211; basically dream men.<\/p>\n<p><strong>They are great fun.<\/strong> The craic is real.
