I'll be the first to whoop at a great song and I'm one of those people who'll be the first on their feet if an ovation is due at the end of a concert, musical or play, so hopefully you don't get embarrassed easily! Similarly, I'm the first on the dance floor at weddings, and on the rare occasions I hit a club, I don't sit down all night!

I go to the gym regularly (currently totally addicted to spinning), cycle everywh�re on my road racing bike, have run marathons. It doesn't rule my life though-just the mornings before work :-)

My family and friends are very important to me, and I like to see both as often as possible. This usually comes in the form of eating and drinking-which I love, hence the exercise mentioned previously ;-)

My clubbing excesses are certainly a thing of the past however the chilled Sundays have not stopped! There's nothing better than chilling on a Sunday, with friends or family in some shape or form. I've also lived (studied and worked) abroad and have friends scattered all over the place, which is great for weekends away. How about you?
