Boncey, 50

Will try and keep this not short and sweet, but more straight in and not fluffy ..... love to laugh (probably when I shouldn't ...), take care of myself and keen on others who have a vague interest in this respect also. Work out, work hard, go out, stay in, probably too organised for my own good sometimes. Happy go lucky, don't like procrastinating and try to live life to the full. Am an avid gym attendee but am up for being encouraged to try other things (skiing anyone?). Laughter is life's medicine. Having done my first Tri last year I picked up a bug of some sort whilst my head was submerged in the very dirty Thames ... the tri bug ... and am looking to smash my novice attempt right out of the water so to speak this year. Not being a good swimmer I survived one of the Thames docks - not for the faint hearted. Bearing in mind this wasn't Olympic distance, only Super Sprint, I am not billing myself as some supersonic machine (although in my own mind I am a legend haha) - 2 tickets to the Guns Show anyone?!

A good date... not wanting to depart ASAP. Regardless of location as long as you are having fun, a laugh and of course identified the other is not an axe murderer/lunatic/stalker (all of the above) then its all good ! Am not the sort who pushes a lettuce leaf round a plate - too much good food, cheese and wine to be enjoyed. Its all about striking that healthy balance between work, play, working out and the trials and tribulations of life in general. Looking to meet like minded people who aren't all about expanding their belly the older they get.

And perhaps a bit of puff pastry .. I have brill mates and, like my family, are very important to me. I believe two people in a relationship should have their own independence, want be their own person and have their own interests, but at the same time its also important to want to include that special someone in the things you do and to share as many of life's experiences as possible.
