I love all the usual trappings of city life -bars, clubs, music, working out, films, books....but also equally happy snuggled up in a tent under the stars drinking a decent bottle of wine....

At the moment I am also trying my damndest to learn to meditate (not doing very well!), and I�ve just been on a trip to Nepal to work on a volunteer program for a few weeks which was awesome...
