I work near London and love the City, but live in Suffolk and am equally happy in the countryside, particularly the Suffolk coast. I love to travel and was brought up partly overseas. I can't hang out by a pool or on a beach for too long and prefer holidays that involve interesting sightseeing.

I own a classic sports car and really enjoy going to classic car events. I like to take care of myself and run to keep fit, but am otherwise not at all interested in sport and am definitely NOT a hang gliding, bungee jumping, scuba diving,action woman type.

One of my favourite pastimes is entertaining and I love cooking and socialising. Otherwise, I enjoy all the usual things - reading, theatre and cinema and have very broad tastes, but I don't watch much TV. I also love writing and am hoping to start on a novel soon.

Family and friends are important and I value kindness, faithfulness and integrity. Having dated someone with kids before, I have to be honest that although I would love to have my own family, I would prefer to meet someone who doesn't already have one.
