Well, i like to think that I am fairly normal (which is always a good start ) but I do find it hard to describe myself so please don''t hold me 100 percent to the following mumbo jumbo...

I have just returned to the UK after a couple of years in Australia and New Zealand (a couple of fantastic years to be more accurate ). I guess I am on here to meet new people, having returned to England and discovered all my good mates are in relationships. VERY inconsiderate of them. Being single isn''t as much fun now Everyone seems to rave about this internet dating thing so i thought i would try it - although it is destroying my romantic fantasies and seems very strange.

With regards to my interests - I am really sporty and an active runner. Running is my stress relief and I have competed in quite a few races including mountain races (for some weird reason i seem to like running uphills ). I really like to try new things, push myself and I am keen to start competing in triathlons and I am also keen to try rock climbing...not sure why? I am generally attracted to people who are also active and like to get out and about rather than vegging in front of the TV (although I do do that too ).

What else? I am more of a coun try person than a city person, I enjoy travelling, weekends away discovering new places. I love live music, bars, concerts, cinema, chilling out with a bottle of wine (at a BBQ in the sunshine with a good group of mates, ideally) - the usual things.....

On a personal level - i''m friendly, outgoing etc, got some great friends and family. My mates all seem to think i have a great sense of humour but you may think differently I do enjoy a good laugh though (especially at myself ) so sense of humour is important to me.
