I�m an active person and love sports - more doing than watching. I like to watch Rugby and football occasionally but have a particular affection for Martial Arts which Ive involved in since small.

I enjoy running and is a great way to see an area that would just whizz past had you been in a car! I enjoy running along the river in the summer dodging the crowds!!

I also like relaxing with a book or a movie and enjoy going to shows and stand up comedy. I consider myself to be sociable and enjoy meeting up with friends, making new ones and seeing my family. I�ll try anything once, twice if I like it and can be impulsive with a last minute trip to a spa or weekend abroad!

I enjoy an adventure and new challenge, whether its doing stand-up in edinburgh or Muay Thai kickboxing at a training camp in Thailand. Both of which I greatly enjoyed!

I am confident and ambitious, having enjoyed success both sport and career although I still have much Id like to achieve whilst keeping some balance in my life. I like having fun, have a cheeky sense of humour and would like to meet someone with a high energy who is open to new things and will also teach me a few on the way!

Ideally id like to meet someone who also keeps in reasoable shape, enjoys going out as well as staying in, a positive energy and attitude and does not believe life is a drag because I believe its what you make of it.

I work hard and when I do have free time would like to make the most of it and would like to meet someone who feels the same!!
