Andy , 49

Well this the first part is probalably easier by a friend in Sweden....So what is it about Andrew that makes him so special? Well, few people make me laugh as much as Andy, he's witty and good natured and just so much fun to be around. He's also very generous, kind and intelligent (holds a doctoral degree from Brighton university), although not in a "deep thinker" kind of way. You'll like introducing him to friends and family, because he's the type of guy that is liked by and gets along with all kinds of people (He's met my whole family and I almost think my mum would be happy exchanging one of her own sons for him ;-)).

Andrew has been through some difficult periods in life but he doesn't let it drag him down, he has a positive outlook on life which is refreshing. He has a love of the outdoors, is sporty and likes skiing, playing golf, soccer, tennis etc. He's also well-travelled and came to see us in Stockholm recently and I got to observe how good he is with children too, something I didn't know. Even though my son obviously couldn't speak to him (hasn't learnt English yet), Andy quickly became a favourite.

Another thing I want to mention about Andy is that he is a good listener and interesting to talk to, he really takes in what you have to say and remembers it long after. He's also very loyal to his friends and good at keeping in touch.

Of course nobody's perfect but there's not a whole lot I would want to change in Andy. Sometimes he can be a bit restless maybe and he is also quite competitive, although never in an aggressive sort of way. I think Andrew's ideal partner has to be someone who's lively, inquisitive and with a sense of adventure. I'm trying to find a girl from Sweden for Andrew so that we can get him to move closer by, so if you want to keep one of your finest in the coun try, there's no time to spare - might even be your patriotic duty to get in touch with him straight away ;-)
