... get a natural high from exercise (if you know what I mean?!) so do it as often as possible. I love running, hiking, mountain biking, circuit training and lifting weights. I also like to sometimes undo the good I do with exercise in the week and go out and have a good time on the town at weekends. But not every weekend!!
