Hi there, I'm Nick: 41 years going on 25.. A longterm relationship fell through last year, and I came to the conclusion that I needed a change in my life: I went travelling for a couple of months in Australia and, on my return - fed up of the "same-old, same-old.." - I moved lock, stock and barrel from Bristol (my home for 8 years) to Aberdeen. I work in a professional capacity in the offshore oil/gas industry. I'm renting a flat in the west end at the moment, but can't wait to sell up down south, and buy somewhere up here later in the year - maybe a farm or barn conversion outside the city...<br> <br>I'm fit and active, and spend a lot of my spare time climbing/hill walking, kitesurfing and mountain biking. I've travelled in Europe, Asia, Oz, the US, and bits of the middle east and can't wait to see some more of the world. Planning a trip trekking in Nepal next year, with a bit of luck. <br> <br>I love cooking, the company of good friends (hmm..kinda missing that at the mo..), my guitar, a real log fire, a good movie, live music and the kind of uncontrolled laughter that leaves you exhausted! <br><br>I've an optimistic, enthusiastic and open-minded approach to life - and appreciate the same in my friends. I dislike arrogance, laziness, and can't abide liars. <br><br>I'm looking to find the slim, sexy and warm woman of my dreams to share those special moments in life; Someone I can love and cherish, and who can offer the same in return...
