I'm told I'm an open trusting character, much to my own detriment at times but hey nothing ventured, nothing gained, a gentle man of the old chivalry school, I actively seek new adventures, experiences and love a challenge. (Fire walking anyone?)
Sometimes serious often flirty, I am a very lucky guy.
Travelling is important to me, and will generally avoid the company tours, instead I like to throw myself into the heart of the local souk and absorb and learn the language and culture, meet and share with the people I meet.
An independent guy, I work to live, sometimes I have lots, others very little but my life is rich regardless, aside from lacking someone to spoil and share things with.
I like most animals (important in my job!), but have a particular soft spot for Snow Leopards and Tigers.
I love training in the gym, racing my bicycle and one of my favourite saying is: “Life’s goal is not to arrive at ones grave in a perfectly preserved body, but to skid in sideways yelling yeah what a ride!” and sometimes sadly I get do broken, but hey you can meet some amazing people in A&E and have I got some stories to tell.
Other favourite sayings are “never say never” and “what’s the worst thing that can happen”? followed by “feel the fear and do it anyway!” (I understand there is also a book by this name but I haven’t read it).
I run my own company which pays the bills but I work to live and not the other way around.
If you care to share, I’m ready to listen.
I'm off to work in a clinic in Malawi Nov 2011 but back April 2012,
