Calm, curious, and hopefully more modest than this profile makes me seem.<br><br>Until recently I lived in Cambridge. As I’m new to Durham, I’m happy making new friends as well as meeting a girlfriend.<br><br>I’m very keen on international development. My career, advising public agencies and charities in poorer coun tries, gives me the chance to do something about it. It also allows me to travel a lot. I speak Spanish, Portuguese, French, and tiny bits of German and Russian. My English could be better.<br><br>My weekends are varied. Among other things, I’m happy relaxing with a book, out with friends, going for a walk, out for dinner, or out of the coun try. I write a bit as well, and have some research on the go. <br><br>Punctuality is not my strong point. But I am getting better.<br><br>As for the woman I’m looking for, she’d be smart, funny and open-minded. She’d be keen to see and know other cultures. She’d take an interest in helping others. <br><br>I enjoy a good discussion. If you’re willing to share your opinions, we’ll probably get on well.
