About Sorcererpds

Decided that this is the year of doing new things - learning to ski (tick), learning to waterski (next) and surf, visiting new places (Italy and Norway are on the list, care to choose?) - but I'd like to find someone to share them with. Someone who likes to make the most of their non-work time, who has varied hobbies (which don't all have to match mine) and is both active and yet happy to stay in snuggled on the sofa now and again; someone smart and funny.<br><br>I enjoy sailing, arts, theatre in particular (I act and sing after a fashion - ask to see the really emabrrassing photos of me in a variety of costumes), swimming and badminton (although I won't be making the Olympic teams any time soon). As a glance at my iPod would show you, I enjoy most types of music (except heavy metal and that jazz whëre they make up words) and will occasionally pluck a tune out on my electric mandolin. There's lots of other stuff too, but there's no point revealing everything or you'll have nothing to ask me about! <br><br>I value friendship very highly and have a wide circle of friends of all ages. Sometimes nothing beats just a night out with friends and laughing yourselves silly.<br><br>Ideally, would love to settle down with someone as I can be a bit of a romantic who enjoys walks down coun try lanes and sitting on a beach at sunset. Would like to have someone special to share things with again, but a few nice dates would be a good start.<br><br>PS Although I don't want any children, this doesn't mean I hate them; I have a goddaughter I adore. It's just that I've never had the desire to be a parent or stepparent.
